  • Free tour of Baker Mansion History Museum during normal operating hours.
  • Special rights to the Society's research library during appointment hours. Donations are encouraged but not required.

​There are many ways that you can become more involved as a member of the Blair County Historical Society!

  • Conduct tours at Baker Mansion
  • Assist with data entry on the computer
  • Do maintenance and clean-up at our sites
  • Undertake research on artifacts
  • Help with gardening and yard work
  • Assist with installation of exhibits
  • Research and write articles for the newsletter
  • Prepare mailings
  • Chair a special event or program

  • Participate as models in the historic style show
