Hours of Operation & Rates

From April 1, 2009 until June 8, 2009, Baker Mansion will be open for tours by appointment only.  Regular scheduled daily tours will begin on Tuesday, June 8, 2009 and run through September 8, 2009 and will start on the hour between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 A.M., Tuesdays through Fridays; 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. on Saturdays; and at 12:30 and 3:15 P.M. on Sundays before and after the free concerts on the lawn.  After Sept. 8, 2009, tours will again be available by appointment only.  A full tour of Baker Mansion will take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. 

Admission is $6.00 for adults, $4.50 for students and senior citizens, and $3.00 for children aged 5 to 12.  Groups of 15 or more persons may be scheduled at other times.  Group rates are $4.00 for adults, $3.50 for students, and $2.00 for children.  Group tours should be scheduled at least one week in advance.

The office and research library, on the third floor of Baker Mansion, are also open Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.  The charge is $3.00 pre person per day.  Members of the Blair County Historical Society may use the research library at no charge.
